Service Description

A slow and relaxing Yoga practice to soothe and restore the body’s aches and pains. This practice consists of mostly seated postures and long static holds, opening the spine, hips and shoulders. Followed by 10 minutes of seated or laying Meditation. Great for beginners or bodies that require slow and nourishing movements.
